Pastel & Pen Refund Policy

At Pastel & Pen, we endeavor to make your shopping experience delightful.
If however you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
Customers must contact us at sales@pastelandpen.co.uk prior to returning an item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Faulty Items
For faulty items, we offer an exchange policy. If something isn’t working or is broken, we’ll gladly exchange it for you.
